| work done was good. One problem still exists. Vibration has not gone away, it starts at a different speed. It starts at 40kmh and goes to 60kmh where the shake lessens but persists. |

| The dealership quoted me a minimum of $3000 to fix the "problem" they diagnosed. Mark found the real problem, and did other necessary work, and the bill was less than 1/3 of the dealership. Mark had been highly recommended to me, and it was good to find out that he was as advertised. The dealership has seen the last of me. Thanks, Mark. |
